1)  Introduction to Anger Management - (3 Hours)

Introduction to theories/ideas/concepts about anger and how to deal with it. This beginning class is intended for those individuals that are deciding if anger management classes are best for them. In this class you will learn how to deal with your anger or someone else’s anger in a positive functional way.  Participants may include people who internalize anger as well as those who act it out verbally or behaviorally towards friends, family, or co-workers.  This class is also designed to assist participants who deal with someone else’s anger toward them or around them.

Cost: $50.00 per session.

2)  Anger Management Classes for Court Referrals, Employees, Family or Self Referrals

This course is a class that continues for the number of weeks you are required to attend by your employer or the courts.  In this class you will explore unproductive behaviors and learn new ways of responding to stressful situations without resorting to uncontrolled anger.  Class material will include the book “Gaining Control of Ourselves.”

Cost: $50.00 per session.

3)  Anger Management – Accelerated Course

This course is designed to meet the needs of clients who are required to complete a specific number of hours and wish to get it done quickly or who are unable to attend classes on a weekly basis due to work or other commitments.  This is an introduction to the ideas and theories about anger management. How you respond to anger is a learned response. In this class you will learn new responses to anger in yourself and the angry people around you. 

Cost: $50.00 per session.

4)  Teens In Control

Has communication with your adolescent son or daughter reached such a low level that you feel you are losing touch?  Teens, do you find it impossible to talk to your Mom or Dad?

This course is a class that will focus on adolescents and family interactions which have deteriorated into negative patterns of communicating.  This class is for teens wanting to learn emotional control in order to express their ideas in a more positive manner.  

Cost: $50.00 per session.
